The tile is the showpiece of our new bathroom! They were by far the most responsive and professional of all of the contractors we had to work with during the remodel and I'd highly recommend them.

Katie JarvisWe hired Dustin to come and fix/complete tile work in our new shower. He was very professional and did an excellent job. You can tell he puts a lot of effort and care into his work. He even went out of his way to lay out and hand place each pebble of our pebble accent band, niche, and floor to make it look perfect. He continued to confirm throughout the job if we were satisfied with his work and if anything needed to be modified. After the project was complete he made sure everything was clean and went over the project as a whole. I highly recommend Tile By Rossi. You won't be disappointed!

Maureen DupreI had an issue with the grouting in my kitchen. Where the backsplash meets the countertop the grouting was coming out. It spoiled the look of the whole kitchen, plus water by the sink could have done more serious damage. Tile by Rossi was recommended to me by a previous satisfied customer. I called Dustin he came over on a Saturday morning. He brought tub and tile adhesive caulking with him. Took out the old grouting and replaced it with the new caulking. Cleaned up the area with paper towels he had bought. My kitchen looks perfect now. The best part, when I asked how much did I owe. Dustin said no charge. What a blessing he is. After two years of Covid and isolation Dustin renewed my belief in humanity. God Bless!!

Every aspect of the project was discussed. Every construction project can have surprises. Well Dustin made that process easy and unstressful. Dustin’s quality of work is exceptional. He takes pride in his craftsmanship. He never rushed though his work to just ‘get it done’. We had to leave our home several times. Not once did I question leaving him in our home alone. He is honest and very trustworthy. Dustin is a top-notch tiler!! He has a great work ethic! Very conscientious with his work. Working with his wife Michelle who does his scheduling is just an easy to work with. She is very kind, knowledgeable, organized and pleasurable to just talk to. When I need another tiling job done. Tom DuffTile By Rossi did the tile in our high-end bathroom remodel, and the work they did was exceptional. Dustin and his team went above and beyond when it came to making sure the finished result exceeded our expectations. He even went so far as to pull off the circles on some grid tile we were using in the niches and shower floor and place them manually as he didn't feel he could match the squares without significant gaps.When he came back to do some final baseboard work, he actually teared up looking at the final result of the bathroom. He said it was as if his grandfather and father (who taught him to lay tile) told him to take everything he learned and turn this into a showcase piece... and he did.We recommend Tile By Rossi with no hesitation... they are top in their field.
